This is a program that lets you create a network of carriers / brokers to auction your freight off. No more global emails, faxes, or phone calls to receive bids or negotiate rates. You will see and review the bids from your desktop from all your carriers / brokers in one neat page. All information on the truck such as current location, equipment type, pallets, team driver, and more will be displayed with the bid. You pick the rate and truck that best fits your needs.

Invite the carriers and brokers that you are working with now to join your network. It is free to your carrier and brokers for the first month. Then it is a $25.00 monthly fee for each carrier or broker to bid on your freight shipments. But your subscription will always be free. Once you have determined the winning bid the program will generate the necessary load confirmation agreement between your company and the carrier/broker. The program generates a pickup and delivery schedule that contains the necessary information for the dispatch and delivery. The load is ready for tracking in seconds after the acceptance of the winning bid. The carrier/broker can enter tracking as often as required 24/7. Log in from anywhere any time.

They have the opportunity to bid as many times as needed to stay competitive with the lowest bid. When you post an email is sent to each registered user in your group that a request for freight bid has been posted. New bids show up on your desktop and can give you an optional email notice for any received bids. You save on time because you do not have to receive, arrange and determine the lowest bid.
